We provide website design, hosting, and maintenance services. You agree to supply accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

2. Payment & Fees

All fees are due upfront or on schedule via Stripe. Cancellation requests must be made through your dashboard.

3. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of your website’s content. QC Nexus does not claim any rights over it.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your service for non-payment or serious breach of these terms. You will be notified before any termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QC Nexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you via email or a banner on your dashboard. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
